Made from renewably resourced Ingeo™ bioplastic, our clear containers for cold use have up to a 80% lower carbon footprint when compared to traditional oil based containers.
Made from renewable resources, our Clear Container range has a carbon footprint up to 80% lower than traditional oil-based plastic containers.
The entire container is made from Ingeo™ bioplastic, a thermoplastic with physical characteristics and performance tailored for clear containers. Naturally advanced Ingeo™ resins used in food serviceware have a significantly lower carbon footprint than the fossil fuel based polymers that it replaces, because the manufacture of Ingeo™ emits fewer greenhouse gasses (GHGs) than the comparable manufacture of all common petrochemical-based plastic1. The innovation of turning plants into plastic allows us to exclude non-renewable resources (such as oil) from the production of our clear containers.
